3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. To use the full functionality of the voksar.co.uk shop, you will need a device with
    Internet access and a web browser that supports cookies.
  2. The buyer must have an active e-mail address to place an order in the shop.

4. PURCHASING RULES

  1. All prices quoted in the shop are gross prices (the Seller is exempt from VAT under Article 113(1) of the Act on Value Added Tax).
  2. The final order amount includes the price of the goods and delivery costs, which are
    visible during the ordering process.
  3. To purchase a product, the buyer must add it to the basket, choose a delivery method and
    payment method and then enter the required data.
  4. Confirmation of the order and acceptance of the terms and conditions by the buyer constitutes conclusion of the sales contract.
  5. Confirmation of the conclusion of the sales contract will be sent to the buyer on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) before the delivery of the goods.

  2. Delivery time is up to 2 working days
  3. Orders are processed once the payment has been credited if payment in advance has been selected.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the
    goods, without giving any reason.
  2. The customer pays the cost of returning the goods.
  3. The processing time for complaints is up to 14 calendar days.
  4. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send your declaration by

8. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  1. The right of withdrawal shall not apply if the goods are not returnable for hygienic reasons, e.g. after opening the factory packaging.

9. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

  1. Complaints concerning defects in goods can be made on the basis of warranty or guarantee.
  2. Complaints are dealt with within 14 working days.
  3. In the case of a warranty, the buyer has the right to demand repair, replacement of the goods with new ones,
    a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.

11. FINAL PROVISIONS
